Sometimes the news cycle is slow enough that a current events-oriented writer like myself can use one of their mental health day tokens. And it’s possible you, dear reader, are recovering from the excesses of St. Patrick’s Day.

But fear not! I have something for you. Even if you’re usually adverse to musicals, I think you’ll enjoy the sentiments expressed in “A Happy Ending For Us” from the short-lived but dearly-missed television show Galavant.
